Dr. Kramer received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in New York, NY and Dominica, West Indies. He completed his residency at Spartanburg Medical Center. Dr. Kramer is a chairman of the department of surgery at Spartanburg Medical Center. He is also the director of the vascular access program as well as the clinical medical director of the vascular access team. Dr. Kramer is a member of the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, South Carolina Medical Association and South Carolina Medical Society. He is board certified in general surgery.
